The Myths of Innovation

Scott Berkun wrote a fantastic book The Myths of Innovation and has a great blog about creativity, innovation and managing people - added to the Funky Links :).
He had a talk about the topic of innovation at Google recently. In this video he explains the basic concepts from the book (Chronocentrism, Ephiphany, Cultivation of Ideas, Setting up goals, Innovation via community…). Anyway the video is very informative and if you find the time watch it, or download it from Google Video :)
Scott wrote another book (actually it was his first book) which is worth reading - The Art of Project Management.
