- Innovation is like Ping Pong
- Innovation is a mindset
- Innovation is in the DNA
- Cannibalization should not scare us
- Some people are gifted disruptive innovators
- There can only be so much structure to creating innovations
- A big part of Innovation is about selling, not just inventing
- Build on the ideas of others
- Creativity is not innovation. Innovation is built upon creative assets
- No “clear” path or “clean” solution
- Innovation requires a few grumpy people
- Prototype a lot, fail often, and fail early
- Money should never come first - but should eventually come:)
