Get a Job! Hack the Interview

I found a video of Vj Vijai (does VJ stand for Video Jockey? :)) explaining how to approach an interview for a technical job. The speech is very funny and informative. It was given at one of the O’Riley’s Ignite events.

Nice video.
Although I agree NLP techniques usually work initially and with a lot of ppl when building rapport etc., they are soooo easy to detect when performed clumsily if you know what to look for.
Especially syncing can look particularly ridiculous.
Without a lot of practice (or unless you’re a natural) I would strongly advise against using this on Tomaz ;).
