This really cool video about the history of the Internet has been shared on twitter and on other blogs in the last few days.

But there are other great resources available if you want to learn a thing or two about the early days of computing and the beginning of the web revolution.

One of the best is surely the Triumph of the Nerds Series:

I suggest you start with the basics and continue with Nerds 2.0.1: A Brief History of the Internet - sorry no links here, but I am sure you will find it in the usual places ;)
